PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and trespassing Civil Rights of the petitioner by compelling the petitioner to execute the promissory note or land in favour of the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2021 and for consequential orders. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and interfere into the Civil Rights of the petitioner by compelling him to execute the promissory note or land in favour of the third respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2021. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined in the chit scheme with one Thilaka for the amount of Rupees one lakh. After that, she has not repaid the said amount. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint before Vadamadurai Police station. But till date, they are not taking any action based on the petitioner's complaint. After giving the complaint by the petitioner, the third respondent immediately gave a complaint before the second respondent police. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1328 of 2021 third respondent and he is repeatedly calling him to go over to the police station and also threatened him to sign the promissory note in favour of the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein have given complaints against each other and both the complaints were enquired by the police and the parties have undertaken to workout their remedy through proper forum. Based upon the undertaking given by the parties, both the complaints were closed by the Enquiry Officer. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
