ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 25.01.2018, the proposed accused persons have criminally trespassed into the petitioner's house and caused damages. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 28.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ after receipt of the complaint, CSR No.33 of 2018 has been issued

and enquiry is still pending.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

4.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
