2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by order dated 15.10.2025, has passed orders disposing the above writ petition. However, it is pointed out that in the operative portion of the said order, certain averments unconnected with the present case have been inadvertently reflected. Hence, the learned counsel seeks necessary correction in the order.
3. Para Nos.2 and 3 of the earlier order is deleted and revised as follows: "2. In the light of the order passed in W.P(MD).No.14652 of 2024, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to reduce the sanctioned load and the payment of the amounts demanded in the impugned order shall await the result of Appeal No.383 of 2024 pending before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, New Delhi. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. "

This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Lr.No.SE/VREDC/VDR/AEE.GL/AE.2/F.HT DOC/D.No.01/25 dated 02.01.2025 on the file of the respondent and consequential direction to the respondent to process the application, dated 26.12.2024 for reduction of load for 100 KVA.
2.It is informed that the subject matter is now pending before the appellate tribunal.
3.Since the very basis on which the impugned order has been passed is now the subject matter before the appellate tribunal for electricity in Appeal No.383 of 2024, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as no orders need to be passed in this writ petition. It is well open to the petitioner to challenge the order that would be passed by the appellate authority in the manner known to law. No costs.
