PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.69 of 2021 dated 13.10.2021 registered on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.69 of 2021, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation and completed the final report on 23.12.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur.

3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
