O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's daughter-in-law, namely, Kalaivani and her family members trespassed into the petitioner's house and abused her with filthy language. They have also attacked the petitioner with iron rod and also criminally intimidated her and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 06.02.2018, but sofar no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the complaint is pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
