ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 23.11.2017 at about 10.00 am., when the petitioner has parked his car bearing Registration No.TN01 AF 4666 in front of his house, the proposed accused has stolen the said car and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 30.11.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and dispose of the complaint, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
