O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.07.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community and the proposed accused persons have criminally intimidated the petitioner by saying petitioner's caste in public view and also assaulted him and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 20.07.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is pending before the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the fact that the complaint is pending from 20.07.2017 i.e., for the past 7 months, the fourth respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
