Heard Ms.H.Jasima Jasmin for the petitioner and Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General states that as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.3258 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024, the respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.615 of 2025 and obtained an interim order of stay.

3. In view of the subsequent development, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, in the event the writ appeal goes in his favour, to revive the contempt by filing an appropriate application or by filing a fresh application for contempt.
