The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking consideration of a representation dated 11.03.2022 and 06.07.2022 by the third respondent herein. The third respondent had considered the representation but had passed orders adverse to the petitioner herein on 06.02.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may take 2/4

up the issue in the manner known to law. The petitioner always has the particular right to approach the appropriate authorities questioning the order dated 06.02.2023, if it is adverse to him and requires to be re-addressed by an appropriate further authority.
