O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.689 of 2017 at early.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 10.12.2017 in Cr.No.689 of 2017 under Section 406, 420, 506(1) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
