This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in in C.C.No.50 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge for Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District as against the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties and the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
