The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 03.07.2015 given by the petitioner against the accused persons namely, Rani, Saravanan and Anandhi mentioned in the complaint.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents as early as on 03.07.2015, but, however, the respondents had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), would submit that the respondents have received the complaint given by the petitioner through post. He would further submit that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry and hence, the respondents unable to made an enquiry and register a case.
4.In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner has given an undertaking that the petitioner will appear before the respondents police for co-operating with the enquiry. 5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
concerned respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.
6. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
