ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and FIR in Crime No.74 of 2021 has also been registered and subsequently, the parties had compromised the issue between them.
