ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and letter in D.No.221 dated 09/03/2021 received from Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, seeking further one month time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 13.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of IDOP.No.17 of 2017 within a period of three months. 2.Earlier, citing Covid-19 lockdown, the learned Judge has sought for extension of time and this Court by order dated 10.07.2020 has granted eight months time. Now, the learned Judge vide letter in D.No.221 dated 09.03.2021, stating that after completion of arguments on either side, the respondent neither appeared in person nor submitted her written arguments and an adjournment petition was filed on the side of the respondent's counsel seeking adjournment for one month stating that the counsel is admitted in hospital for viral fever, has sought for one month time to comply with the above order dated 13.02.2020. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
