This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.92 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case was ended in acquittal on 20.09.2016. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
