ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai to complete the case in S.T.C.No.535 of 2014 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered and after due investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same has also been taken on file in S.T.C.No.535 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai and thereafter, there was no progress in the case and hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking the above relief. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.535 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.

I, Madurai is directed to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.535 of 2014 and dispose of the same on merits and as per law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
