ORDER

The above writ petition is filed seeking for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to register the petitioner's settlement deed dated 19.09.2019 executed in favour of his wife, namely, K.J.Brida, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. A perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 21.09.2019 against the impugned order dated

19.09.2019. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, a direction is issued to the third respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 21.09.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
