2. The petitioner's name has been included in the history sheet list maintained by the third respondent in the year 2016. But, the criminal case, because of which the inclusion was made was quashed, based on the compromise between the parties. As on date, there is no criminal case pending against the petitioner. W.P(MD)No.1287 of 2022 not come under the adverse notice of the respondents for the last several years. Therefore, the respondents are directed to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet list maintained by the third respondent at the earliest. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
