ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.08.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.22533 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's request seeking rectification of the discrepancy in the revenue records was rejected by the respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2026 on the ground that the petitioner did not appear for the enquiry and produce the relevant documents.
