ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner got married one Maharajan on 19.05.2016 and subsequently, the proposed accused has got petitioner's jewels and misappropriated. When the same was questioned, the proposed accused used filthy language and also criminally intimidated her and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 07.02.2018, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
