ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants action to be taken under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 in respect of the petition mentioned documents.

3. The Inspector General of Registration had issued circular dated 29.09.2023 directing the District Registrars not to hold any enquiry or pass any order under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 till the 2/4

issue is resolved by the Hon'ble Larger Bench. The petitioner has to necessarily await the same. The first respondent will take a call in the matter based on the decision of the Larger Bench.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
