ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by conducting Katta Panchayat and also trespassing to the civil rights of the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the property situated in S.No.229/9D5A3. He further submitted that the respondents 4 and 5 are trying to trespass into the petitioner's property and claiming pathway and also gave a complaint with regard to the same before the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. He further submitted that based on the said complaint the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the fifth respondent, the second respondent has conducted the enquiry and thereafter, it was closed as the matter is relating to civil dispute and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
