ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.136 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.07.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 342, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.07.2015, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the petitioner abused the defacto complainant by using filthy language, due to which, the de-facto complainant was attacked by the petitioner with knife and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. She further submits that no previous case is registered against the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
