ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 3(i) Immoral Traffic(Prevention) Act, 1956 @ 5 r/w 6 and 13 r/w 14 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Cr.No.94 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner and other accused were running a brothel house wherein the victim girl, aged about 14 years was subjected to prostitution. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she is an innocent person.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would vehemently oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and would submit that investigation is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
