The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 77 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 17.06.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.749 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 21.04.2026.
