ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in P.R.C.No.54 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court NO.I, Ramanathapuram for the offences punishable under Sections 451, 323, 506(i) and 366 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in P.R.C.No.54 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court NO.I, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued . 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court NO.I, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
