O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.01.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the period specified by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.01.2015, a case in Crime No.99 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent for the offence punishable under Section 379 (NH) I.P.C.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.99 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
