O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Cr.No.393 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint and a case in Crime No.393 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., has been registered on 08.05.2015. But the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and file a final report and hence, he has come forward with this application for the above said relief. 4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after investigation, the complaint has been closed as action dropped.
