Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents No. 4 and 5 to remove the encroachments made by the 7th respondent in S.No.394/1, Kokkadi Village, Avanthandai Group, Kadaladi Tk, Ramanathatpuram District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the order passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(MD)No.19935 of 2019, dated 12.11.2019, has not been complied with.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced photographs to show that the encroachments have been removed substantially, except one dwelling house and submitted that the same will be removed shortly.

3. In view of the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to remove the encroachments completely, after following the due procedure, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
