RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21127 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 6.30 p.m.until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21127 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Madurai.

CRL MP(MD) No.1307 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21127 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Madurai on 06.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
