ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 26.01.2018 at about 05.00 p.m one Mr.K.Bhakiyaraj came to the petitioner's house and shouted the petitioner's wife with filthy language. The Mr.K.Bhakiyaraj, is working as Sub Inspector of Police in Srivilliputtur Town Police Station and attempted to assault the petitioner and also foisted a false case against the petitioner in Crime No.59 of 2018, under Section 4 (1-A) Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 and hence, the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent through online on 01.02.2018, but so far, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the first respondent through online and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent and the enquiry is still pending before the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
