ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is the dispute with regard to the property situated in S.No.42/15 of Kurunathampattu Village and due to the said dispute the second respondent has lodged a false complaint before the first respondent and based on that the first respondent is compelling the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the second respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the second respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed as the dispute is relating to money transaction and hence the question of harassment does not arise.
4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
