ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that a complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was closed, after conducting enquiry by the Inspector of Police, Aarumuganeri Police Station, since the matter in dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil in nature.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
