ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.06.2015 and investigate into the case.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 21.06.2015 before the second respondent, but no case has been registered and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above said relief.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.530 of 2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 01.08.2015.
