RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition which was imposed on the Petitioner by an order of this Hon'ble Court dated 18.12.2020 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.15212 of 2020 of directing him to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30AM in connection with Crime No.1959 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station, Melur, Madurai District forthwith.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SANKARA PANDIAN.J., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15212 of 2020 on 18.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15212 of 2020 on 18.12.2020 is relaxed to the extend that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
