O R D E R

This application is filed seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1978 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015 Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crime No.37 of 2015 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearin g for the State. 3.The petitioner is facing a case for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- at the time of furnishing sureties.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit the above said amount and he is having a financial crisis and hence, he has come forward with this petition for the aforesaid relief as stated supra. 5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) at the time of furnishing sureties and the other conditions remain unaltered. With the aforesaid modification, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
