This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to provide adequate security and police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.The petitioner has given a representation on 24.07.2015 to the respondents seeking police protection and since the same has not been considered so far, he has come up with the present petition for the relief stated supra.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the authority concerned is directed to consider the representation seeking police protection, given by the petitioner dated 24.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
