ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working in Southern Railway as Gatekeeper at Pasupathipalayam. He further submitted that the second respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner herein, and based on that the first respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the second respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner stating that he is trying to contact second marriage and the said complaint is still pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law and instead of doing so he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 5.With the aforesaid observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
