PRAYER :- to extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Hon ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.286 of 2020 dated 09.01.2020 for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition set forth in the same. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.286 of 2020, dated 09/01/2020, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

CRL MP(MD). No.963 of 2020 and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
