ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, during the time of fetching water in the public tap, there was a wordy quarrel arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, thereby, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant by using filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions, would submit that as of now, no enquiry/no case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pending against the petitioner.

4. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
