ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari, questioning an order of the second respondent / the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, dated and signed on 17.12.2021. As a matter of fact, there is a further appeal provided to be filed before the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar.

2. Let me grant the benefit of filing of the Writ Petition which was on 20.01.2022 till this date / 25.01.2022, as days which can be excluded from the thirty (30) days' time within which the petitioner has to file an appeal, if at all the period of limitation is put against the petitioner.
3. Be that as it may, my attention is drawn to certain facts and I am under compulsion to record the same. The issue revolves around the property in Survey No.85/4C measuring 4 acres in Patta No.976. It is seen that this particular piece of land had been the subject matter of a suit in O.S.No.45 of 1984 before the Sub Court, Sivagangai and later in A.S.No.104 of 1986 on the file of the Principal Bench of Madras High Court. The petitioner's title had been consistently recognised to this particular property. The patta of the particular property has been interfered with by the impugned order. Naturally, the petitioner is agitated and has filed the Writ Petition before this Court.
4. It will only be appropriate that the petitioner files an appeal. But, the fact that the said property had been the subject matter of litigation and during the course of litigation, the petitioner's right, title and interest had been recognised is alone recorded.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
