Now, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a case in Crime No.1 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent against the petitioner.

4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh criminal original petition.
