ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to M.C.No.23 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The first petitioner is the husband of the respondent and the other petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.23 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2015 in respect of the petitioners.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners 2 to 6 alone before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur when their presence is required.
