This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct second respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 06.02.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the proposed accused. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has conducted an enquiry and advised the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to seek his remedy.

4.In reply to the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to approach the Civil Court to seek his remedy. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above said submission made by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court.
