The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of one day in filing the appeal against the order dated 30.09.2025 made in O.A.No.26 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act 1997, Madurai.

2. Despite receipt of notice, respondents 5, 6 and 10, have not turned up.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 8 and 9 and also perused the records.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
