ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the compliant of the petitioner dated 18.01.2018 in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has appeared for the enquiry and made a statement before the respondent police, stating that she can seek her remedy before the family Court, Sivagangai. Therefore, the said complaint was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has disputed the said fact.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioner to workout her remedy before the concerned Court.
