O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.55 of 2016 dated 10.04.2016 and to file final report at early. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the case was referred as mistake of fact and a final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi on 10.04.2016. However, he has stated that RCS notice was not served on the petitioner.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner by RPAD, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
