ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.01.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(B)(1)(a) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 in Crime No.2 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have illegally manufactured the crackers without holding a valid licence. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted interim bail on condition to obtain the licence within two months and now the petitioner is unable to continue with the business and thereby unable to get licence regarding the same.

4. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now the petitioner is not continuing with the business. 2/4

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and considering the fact that the petitioner was granted interim bail on condition to obtain the licence within two months and now the petitioner is unable to continue with the business and thereby unable to get licence regarding the same, in view of the same, interim bail already granted by this Court is made absolute.
