ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the second Respondent to take action by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Respondent Police had received the complaint and CSR receipt was issued in C.S.R.No.395 of 2023 on the file of the second Respondent Police and they undertake to conduct enquiry and dispose of the case within a period of one month.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
