2. The petitioner is figuring as A2 in Crime No.96 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. The petitioner's counsel reiterated all the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds.

4. Since they are contentious in nature, I am not in a position to consider the same. Leaving open the petitioner's defences, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
